2. Follow the course in sequential order. These skills build on each other and need to be added in order.

3. Record yourself on video every time the homework assign calls for this. There is little to no value in simply watching the videos in this course unless you put the concepts into action by recording and watching yourself, repeatedly.

4. Post videos of yourself doing the homework in the discussion section for the community here to see and give you feedback.

5. Seek out every possible opportunity in the real world to speak out to others, and to put into action the skills you are learning in this course.
